• When you place an order: your name, phone number, delivery address, the items you ordered, your chosen delivery time and payment method. If you pay by bKash or Nagad, we also store the transaction ID you enter.
• When you contact us: your name, phone number, email address and your message.
• When you enquire about a franchise: the details you provide on that form, including your preferred location and relevant experience.
• When you apply for a job: your name, contact details, address, education, work history, cover letter and the CV file you upload.
• Automatically: your IP address when you submit a form, used to prevent abuse.

Why we collect it

Only to do the thing you asked us to do — prepare and deliver your order, reply to your message, assess your job application, or respond to your enquiry. We also keep order records because our accounts and stock system require them.

Payments

We do not collect or store card numbers, bKash/Nagad PINs or any other payment credentials on this website. Payment is confirmed by our staff, or handled by the payment provider's own secure system.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your information and we do not share it for marketing. We share it only with our own delivery staff so your order reaches you, and where the law requires us to.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept as long as our accounting obligations require. Job applications and CVs are kept while the position is open and for a reasonable period afterwards in case a similar role opens up. You may ask us to delete your application at any time.

CV files

CVs uploaded through our Careers pages are stored in a location that is not publicly reachable and can only be opened by authorised HR staff signed in to our admin panel.

Cookies

This site uses a small number of essential cookies, including a security token that protects our forms from misuse and a session cookie that keeps your cart working. We do not use cookies to track you across other websites.
