These terms apply when you order food from Toua's Kitchen through this website or use any other part of it.

Orders

• Placing an order on this website is a request, not a confirmed sale. Our team will contact you by phone to confirm it.
• We may decline or cancel an order if an item is no longer available, the delivery address is outside our service area, or the contact details given do not work.
• Please make sure your phone number and address are correct. We cannot deliver to an address we cannot find or confirm.

Prices and availability

Prices shown on the menu are in Bangladeshi Taka and may change without notice. The price that applies to your order is the one shown when you place it. Items can sell out during the day; if something you ordered is unavailable we will call you before proceeding.

Offers and coupons

• Each offer runs only until its stated expiry date and may be withdrawn earlier.
• Offers cannot normally be combined with one another.
• Some offers require a minimum order value or are limited in number, as stated on the Offers page.
• We may decline a coupon that has been misused or obtained improperly.

Payment

You may pay on delivery or pickup, or by bKash/Nagad as offered at checkout. Where you pay in advance, please enter the correct transaction ID; orders with an unverifiable transaction reference may be held until our team can confirm the payment.

Delivery

We aim to deliver at the time you select, but delivery times are estimates and can be affected by traffic, weather and order volume. Please choose a delivery time at least one hour ahead.

Cancellations and refunds

You may cancel by calling us before we begin preparing your food. Once preparation has started we may not be able to cancel. If your order arrives incorrect, incomplete or in unacceptable condition, contact us the same day and we will put it right.

Careers

Submitting a job application does not create any employment relationship or guarantee an interview. Information you provide must be accurate; applications found to contain false information may be rejected.

Use of this website

Please do not attempt to disrupt this website, access data that is not yours, or submit content that is unlawful or harmful. Menu photographs, recipes and written content on this site belong to Toua's Kitchen.
